Snow made its way into the northwest corner of Missouri Thursday morning, and forecasters said snow may fall across much of the region later in the day.  Above freezing temperatures during day time hours will make it difficult for snow to accumulate.

Meteorologists have said the better chances for accumulation may be after dark as precipitation moves into western Missouri, close to the I-35 corridor.  A potential record-breaking snow is predicted for the Kansas City area.
