Miller County Sheriff’s Office identify homicide victim found last month

MILLER COUNTY, Mo.- The Miller County Sheriff’s Office has identified human remains found in rural Miller County back in June and has described the cause of death as a homicide.

According to a release, the body has been identified as Tyler J. Worthington, 34, from the state of California. The Miller County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Crime and Drug Control are currently working on more than 60 leads at this time. Investigators are also searching for the vehicle that Worthington was possibly driving while he was in Missouri. The vehicle is described as a 2018 white Toyota Corolla with an Illinois license plate AW70304 .
