Missing Statue Recovered Near Blackwater River

The Marshall Parks and Recreation Department reported Tuesday that a missing eight-foot tall statue has been recovered near the Blackwater River.  The miniature replica of the Statue of Liberty was taken from the Indian Foothills Park on Aug. 5th.  The statue was placed at the park entrance by local Boy Scout troops in 1951.
