Missouri Licenses to Change

The new licenses will both look a little different and be issued from a secure central location.  Both of these changes are meant to help cut down on forgery.

“We here at the department like to try and keep up as much as we can with the technological changes, and we want to make sure that drivers licenses and ID cards are as secure as possible,” said Farnen, “So some of what you will see are new security enhancements that make it harder to forge, or for other people to use who, you know, shouldn’t be using it.”

One change to appearance is the under-21 licenses will now be vertical.
