Fennewald said it’s their way of sending students off for holiday break.  “We do a Christmas dinner with all the fixings,” said Fennewald,”That is followed by the caroling and the actual hanging of the greens.  We walk around and hang wreaths on the main buildings on campus and we read a portion of the Christmas story at each building.  In between each building, we sing carols.”

According to Fennewald, community members are invited to participate.  “The dinner is primarily for faculty, staff, and students,”said Fennewald,” But for the caroling, we welcome everybody to join us.  We will have about 1100 luminaries that will light the campus, so it’s really pretty and neat to see things all lit up for the holidays.”

The public portion of the event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
