Mo. Highway Patrol Stepping Up Holiday Enforcement

The nation’s roadways and interstates will be filling up with holiday traffic soon and Missouri is no different. Sgt. Brent Bernhardt with the Missouri State Highway Patrol says that over the next week the need for troopers will grow with the increase of parties and gatherings.

The Care Lifesaver Weekend gets underway tomorrow (Fri.) and runs through Christmas Eve, as extra patrols will be out looking for impaired drivers and other roadway hazards.
