Motion Hearing Scheduled for Novinger Man

The motion hearing for a Novinger man will be held Thursday morning.  Bryce Wallace, 19, was originally charged with possession of child pornography.  He accepted a plea deal in July.  Wallace pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy and was sentenced to five years probation.  He will appear in a Linn County courtroom at 9:30 Thursday morning.
