LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – A motion to revoke bond was filed Tuesday against a Waverly woman charged with a drug violation in Lafayette County.

Lafayette County Prosecuting Attorney Kristen Ellis-Hilbrenner filed the motion after the sheriff’s office filed a memorandum last week on the drug patch report of  Chassity N. Little, 30. According to court documents, Little’s drug patch results were returned from the lab with positive results. Little was able to post 10% of a $25,000 cash bond in December, on a charge of felony delivery of a controlled substance.

A date for the motion hearing has not yet been scheduled.
