“We’ve known for quite some time that this particular mural has given us a little bit of trouble,” said Narr,” It is the only one in Chillicothe that is painted on concrete board that is then affixed to a wooden framework of sorts against the building.  It’s just a compound issue and that is the reason we had to take it down so that we could truly assess what is going on and causing some of the panels to want to fall out.”

According to Narr,  no decision has been made regarding the future of the site.  This is one of 15 mural within the city.
