Murder Case Delayed

The State’s plan to request assistance from the Attorney General’s Office caused the preliminary hearing for a Galt resident to be continued on Monday.  Patrick Courtney, 34, will next appear in court January 22nd at 1:30.  Courtney was charged with murder after he allegedly shot Christopher Molloy, 32, following an altercation in September.
