Murder Case Set for Trial

Murder and felony assault charges were filed back in March in the death of  Warrensburg resident 23-year-old Aaron Markarian. The defendants in the case, 21-year-old Anthony Williams and 20-year-old Alonzo Ruff, were both arraigned Monday morning in Jackson County Court and their cases are going to trial. Alonzo Ruff will appear for a pre-trial conference May 3rd at 8:30 a.m. Anthony Williams will appear May 7th at 2:30 p.m.
