Murder Suspect Appears in Court

A Richmond resident charged in with the murder of Michelle Rheuport in May appeared in court  Monday afternoon.  The attorney for James Gant, 25, filed a motion for reduction of bond.  He will next appear on the 17th of July for a motion hearing.  Lauren Gabbard, 23, and Brandon Simpson, 25, are also charged in the case.  All three are currently being held on bond of $1 million.
