Murder Suspect in Court

The man accused of gunning down a 32-year-old Galt resident will return to a Grundy County courtroom Tuesday morning.  Patrick Courtney, 34, has been charged with the murder of Christopher Molloy.  A hearing in the case is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
