Murder Suspect Returns to Court

A Galt resident appeared in a Grundy County hearing Tuesday morning.  The preliminary hearing for Patrick Courtney, 34, has been scheduled for December 11th at 1:30 p.m.  He is charged with killing Christopher Molloy, 32, following an altercation at his home in September.
