New Franklin man gets probation for drug and endangerment charges

HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. – A New Franklin resident pleaded guilty yesterday to drug possession and child endangerment charges in Howard County.

Court documents indicate that Theodore N. Postak, 53, entered into a plea agreement that suspended execution of sentence to one count of felony possession of a controlled substance and two felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Sentences to seven years on the possession charge and four years each on the endangering charges were suspended and he was placed on five years of supervised probation.
