A Ray County judge has been excused from the case against a Hardin teen.  David Miller filed the motion on June 22.  In it he requested that the Missouri Supreme Court assign a new judge from outside of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court.  The case was handed over to Clay County Judge Larry Harman on June 28.  Randy Estenbaum, 18, continues to maintain his innocence on charges related to acts that he and several other juveniles allegedly carried out in a high school locker room last fall.  Estenbaum was charged in February with forcible sodomy, third-degree assault, and two counts of sexual misconduct.  He was scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
