The area wide garage sale is coming up Saturday April 20th.  Packets showing all the sale addresses and featuring coupons from local merchants are available now for just two dollars.  You can pick those up at the Economic Alliance office, Mulch’s, Shirley’s Shoes and Boots, Bank 21 and the library.

In addition to the garage sales there will be an electronics recycling event and mercury disposal Saturday from noon until 4 p.m. in the parking lot behind City Hall.  Help Services will also be open Saturday from 1 until 3 p.m. for anyone who would like to drop off leftover garage sale items.

The monthly round table meeting is also coming up Tuesday April 16th.  This brainstorming session is held the third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the lower level of the library.  They try their best to keep the meeting to one hour.  It is open to the public and everyone is welcome.  You can reach the Carrollton Area Economic Alliance Office by calling 660-542-0922.
