Odessa Resident Found Guilty

An Odessa resident has been found guilty.  Michael Morris, 49, was charged with DWI persistent offender and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.  He is scheduled for sentencing on January 22.  Morris is also facing felony charges of 2nd degree murder, elder abuse, and domestic assault.  He will appear for a hearing of that case in early January.
