The City is spending $25,000 per year on the building, but not getting any use from it.  City Administrator Jon Holmes said the Board agreed at the meeting that they need to make a decision on what to do.

“The board has said that they want to look at all options, they want to look at  what the possibilities are,” said Holmes, “And if we can partner with  another organization or another group, we can do that.”

Demolishing the structure is being considered, but they will look at any plans that takes the financial burden off the city.

The public will have a chance to share their input at a public meeting on February 18th at 7:00 p.m.
