Pair Charged with Murder to Make Court Appearances

Two people charged in the strangling death of Michelle Rheuport, 40, of Richmond, are scheduled for court appearances Thursday morning.  Brandon Smith, 25, is scheduled to appear for a criminal setting at ten, and an arraignment is set for James Gant, 26, at that time.  Lauren Gabbard, 24, is also accused of involvement.  She will appear for a criminal setting on January 18th.  All three are charged with murder, burglary, and theft/stealing.
