Patrol say stop sign violation led to drug allegations

CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo. – A 58 year old Kidder resident will be going to court on drug allegations in Caldwell County.

Just before noon Thursday, the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested Brad A. James on felony accusations of possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence as well as lesser allegations of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and failing to stop at a stop sign.

An arraignment is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 24.
