Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Sedalia parking lot

SEDALIA, Mo. — A pedestrian was injured when a driver hit him in a Pettis County gas station parking lot Wednesday morning.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol’s crash report, 52-year-old Brian K. Terry, of Clinton, was walking across the parking lot of a Sedalia Temp Stop on US 65 Highway when, at 8:51 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Mora resident Nicholas R. Kowalski, 21, struck him.

Despite receiving minor injuries, Terry refused treatment at the scene of the accident.
