Plea Delayed in Marshall Drug Case

A Marshall man was in a Saline County courtroom Monday morning for a plea/trial setting.  Ollie Baker, 79, is charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance near schools and one count of possession with intent to distribute. The plea/trial setting was continued at Baker’s attorney’s request. Judge Allen Rolf has set May 28th as the date in which Baker is expected to enter a guilty plea. He’ll be in court that morning at 9 a.m.
