Plea/Trial Setting Rescheduled

The plea/trial setting for a Marshall resident was continued this week.

Ollie Baker, 79, is facing three counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools and one count of possession with the intent to distribute.

He will now appear in a Saline County Courtroom April 8th at 9:00.
