Police Arrest Wanted Ray Co. Resident

A Richmond resident charged with several felonies including involuntary manslaughter was arrested early Sunday morning following a traffic stop in the 400 hundred block of West Main Street.  Richmond police said Robert Aliff, 40, is also facing charges of careless and imprudent driving, driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.  Aliff was transported to the Ray County jail.  Bond was set at $25,000, according to online court documents.
