Police Search for 5-Year-Old

Lili High

Police in Gladstone issued an Amber Alert Monday for a five-year-old girl.  Lili Justine High was taken from the 2700 block of NE 57th Terrace around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a press release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.  Authorities said High was taken by a friend of the girl’s mother, who is identified as Tami Lampkins, 38.  She is described as a white female, 5’4″, 116 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.  Lampkins was reportedly driving a 1996 green four-door Mazda 626 with Missouri license plates: SJ9-J-zero-U.

The little girl was last seen wearing gray and red spandex pants, a yellow t-shirt, and no shoes.  She is missing her front four teeth.  Anyone with information on Lampkins or High’s whereabouts is being asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.

The Gladstone Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 2700 Northeast Terrace, Gladstone, MO at 9:30 PM on 04/07/2013.

Missing Is:
Lili Justine High a white, female, age 5

Vehicle Information:
Green 1996 Mazda 626 4 door bearing MO, SJ9J0U last seen eastbound on Northeast Terrace from the residence.

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be:
Tami Kelly, a white, female, age 38, hgt 504, 116 lbs, light brown hair, brown eyes, medium complexion, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

The endangered missing person:
Lili Justine High, is a white, female, age 5, hgt 300, 50 lbs, brown hair, hazel eyes, medium complexion, missing her 4 front teeth, wearing a yellow t-shirt, red and grey Spandex pants, and no shoes.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:
A friend of the child’s mother, Tammy J. Lampkins, was visiting the child at the custodial father’s residence. When the father left the room, Lampkins left with the child.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Gladstone Police Department at (816) 436-3550.
