They are fundraising for a good cause.

“The Fair Board has this event in order to purchase ribbons for the members that participate in the County Fair, and also prizes.  Also for premium money that the kids get for exhibiting their exhibits,” said Morrison.

The annual event has been a success in the past.

“The community really comes out and supports the local 4-H and FFA Chapters, and just the Fair Board in General,” said Morrison, “So it’s really a good response and we appreciate them for that.”

The meal will be served in the Brunswick Knights of Columbus hall from 10:30 until 1:00 on Sunday.  The cost is $10 for an adult plate.  A $5 child’s plate is available for those younger than seven.
