Update: Abduction in Excelsior Springs

The Excelsior Springs Police Department has advised KMZU that the missing 3 year old has been located safe with her biological mother in the Westport area of Kansas City.

{Update 6:17 p.m.}

An amber alert has now been issued for 3 year old Ramy Demboski. It is believed she was taken from her biological father’s residence in the 100 block of Persimmon Drive in Excelsior Springs by a black female.

The missing child is described as 3 year old Ramy Angeline Demboski. She is 3 feet tall and has blonde hair and was last seen wearing a white shirt with mouse and kite design, flannel shorts with pink and yellow fish and black flip flops with pink beads.

Police in Excelsior Springs are currently investigating a possible abduction of a three-year-old childĀ that occurred in the 100 block of Persimmon Drive. According to the department, they are searching for a silver Dodge Charger with Nebraska plates driven by a black female with possibly two small children in the back seat. No further information has been released at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
