Pre-trial conference, trial scheduled for man accused of murder over deadly Chillicothe crash

LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. — A murder suspect waived his formal arraignment in Livingston County Tuesday morning and asked for a pre-trial conference in December.

23-year-old Shawn Yuille, of Gallatin remains in custody on charges of second degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree for a fatal crash in November of 2017.

Investigators allege Yuille had been inhaling compressed air duster before a collision that killed 39-year-old Danette Rardon of Chillicothe.

Yuille’s five-year-old daughter and another man were passengers in his pickup at the time of the crash.

The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on December 11. A jury trial is tentatively set for 9:00 a.m. on April, 16, 2019.
