Pre-Trial Setting in Drug, Enticement Case

Prosecutors and attorneys attached to a case involving a Higginsville man will be in a Lafayette County courtroom Monday afternoon for a pre-trial conference.

Jeremy Holt, 40, is facing one count of enticement of a child and one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Holt was arrested on April 3rd of this year after an investigation by the Missouri Cyber Crimes Taskforce and members of the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office and the Warrensburg Police Department.

He is now scheduled for a jury trial November 20th after Monday’s proceedings that begin at 3 p.m.
