Preliminary Hearing for Carrollton Man

One of the men charged in connection to a Carrollton break-in and house fire will appear before a judge Wednesday morning.   William Logston, 30, is facing one count each of arson, burglary, and theft/stealing resulting from the incident in early January.  His co-defendant  Alex Beech, 17, was released on bond earlier this month. One of the conditions of his release was that he testify against Logston in later proceedings.

Wednesday’s preliminary hearing will get underway at 9:00 a.m.
