Preliminary Hearing Scheduled in Drug Case

One of three people arrested back in June on theft and drug allegations will be in court Wednesday afternoon for a preliminary hearing.

Patricia Clark, 34, was initially charged with felony theft and possession of a controlled substance. The theft charge was dropped leaving the felony possession of marijuana charge.

Clark remains in custody at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail on a $7,500 cash only bond. She will go before Judge James Valbracht at 3 p.m.
