Probation in Child Abuse Case

A Marshall man’s court case is now closed following a guilty plea in late June.

According to court documents, Joshua Wayne Pabst, 27, was charged back in June of 2012 with felonious assault and child abuse. He appeared in a Clay County courtroom June 24th and entered a plea of guilty. Judge Dennis Rolf ordered Pabst to be under supervised probation for two years.

Pabst was originally charged in Saline County but requested a change of venue which was granted and moved to Clay County.
