Ryan Wilson, 20, of Lexington admitted guilt to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in April of 2012. Wilson was given a suspended sentence of five years and was instead placed on five year’s supervised probation.

Online court records indicate that Wilson somehow violated the terms of his probation this past August and is due in a Lafayette Courtroom Monday afternoon for a violation hearing.

Wilson is set to appear at 1:15 p.m.
