A probation conditions review hearing is scheduled for December for a Richmond woman after proceedings for Friday were rescheduled.
Irene Carter, 56, was assistant manager of the Richmond Orscheln when she stole nearly $22,000 by processing false merchandise returns, forging signatures, and pocketing cash on more than 200 occasions.
She pleaded guilty to theft/stealing and forgery in March of 2012. She was sentenced in November to 120 days shock incarceration and five years’ probation.
She will appear in a Ray County Courtroom at 9:00 a.m. on December 13th.
