Probation Status Hearing Set for Kirksville Man

The case of a Kirksville man is on the docket Thursday.  According to online court documents, Dillon Johnson, 20, was originally charged with distributing marijuana, possession of marijuana, and assault on a law enforcement officer.

He plead guilty to the distribution and assault charges in February 2014.  Johnson recently violated parole, in which he was ordered in 2013 and will now go before a judge for a probation status hearing on the recent violation.  The hearing is set to get underway Thursday morning at 9 in Randolph County Circuit Court.
