Probation Violation Subject of Hearing

A Sedalia man will appear in court Monday morning. Malcolm Briscoe, 22, was arrested in August for alleged violation of a protection order. He was also wanted for failure to appear in court, along with a second probation violation related to aggravated assault.

Briscoe will appear in a Pettis County Courtroom at 9:00. His original charges of making a terrorist threat, domestic assault, and burglary stem from October of 2012.
