A Chillicothe man will be in Caldwell Co. court Wednesday afternoon for a probation violation hearing.

Caleb Ott, 27, pleaded guilty to second degree burglary in August of 2012. He was given a sentence of five years supervised probation with a five year prison sentence suspended.

According to online court records, Ott could serve out that sentence, following the court finding probable cause the defendant allegedly ingested methamphetamine.

Ott is set to appear before Judge Chapman at 1:30 p.m.
