Proceedings Scheduled for Carrollton Resident

One of the individuals charged in connection to a Carrollton break-in and fire appeared in court Wednesday.  Alex Beech, 17, is charged with one count each of arson, burglary, and theft/stealing.  A hearing was scheduled in his case for the 15th of this month at 9:00 a.m.
