The Sedalia City Council will meet in regular session Monday evening, July 1st with the Public Safety Committee reviewing bids for interior furnishings and equipment at the new fire station.
The agenda will also include discussions on waste water treatment plant improvements and the review of a proposal for the professional development of a Safe Routes to School Plan and the design and inspection to certify city sidewalks as ADA compliant.
An appointment to the Housing Authority Board to replace a departing member will be made. Liquor licenses will be reviewed for renewal, a review of departmental bills amending the city’s cafeteria plan and any possible items from the mayor, administrator or council that may arise are also part of the schedule.
The council will gather at 7 p.m. inside the council chambers of the Municipal Building at 200 S. Osage Avenue.
