Randolph Co. Traffic Stop Lands Man in Jail

A Moberly man is in jail after finally being pulled over by the highway patrol Saturday morning around 3 o’clock. According to reports 34-year-old Daniel Twyman was taken into custody and charged with felony DWI, felony no operator’s license, resisting arrest and speeding. Twyman was placed in the Randolph County Jail to await bond.
