Ray Co. Shooting Case Continued

21-year-old Zarek Cook of Richmond is charged with discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, armed criminal action, assault, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana.  He and Christopher Graham, 19, are accused of chasing down and shooting at a vehicle in October 2012. Cook was in a Ray County Courtroom Wednesday when defense waived the reading of the information charging him with the crimes, then requested a continuance. That request was granted and Cook will next appear in court for a criminal setting March 6th at 8:30 a.m.
