Red Cross Aids Fire Victims

Three Marshall residents displace by a fire are getting a little help from the American Red Cross.  Following the blaze in the 1200 block of North Odell street, the Heart of Missouri Chapter has aided the clients by supplying such necessities as food, clothing, and a one-night stay in a motel.

MARSHALL, Nov. 29, 2012 — The American Red Cross Heart of Missouri Chapter is assisting three Marshall residents who were displaced by a fire.

The home was located in the 1200 block of North Odell.

The Red Cross provided resources for the three clients to meet their immediate emergency needs with the purchase of food, clothing, seasonal clothing and a one-night stay in a local motel.

Clients also received comfort kits, which contain personal hygiene items.
