Registered Sex Offender to Appear in Court

The plea/trial setting for a registered sex offender gets underway at 9:00 Tuesday morning.  Bryon Pride, 51, was already on the sex offender registry for attempted criminal sexual conduct with an eight-year-old in 1984.  Charges of statutory sodomy were filed in August.  Pride is being held in the Livingston County Jail on bond of $25,000.
