“Registration for students attending Marshall Public Schools will be held on Wednesday, August 7th from 8 A.M. until 4 P.M. and Thursday, August 8th from 11 A.M. until 7 in the evening,” Stevenson said. “This will be at Marshall high school for all grades. Pictures for the school year for students attending Beaker Middle School and Marshall High School will be taken at that time. New students to the district are asked to bring their birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency which is a phone bill, utility bill, et cetera.”
Stevenson said that the Marshall School District serves about 2,500 students K-12.
“Open House will be held in all buildings on Monday, August 19th from 5:30 until 7:00 at night,” Stevenson added. “Marshall’s first day of school is Wednesday, August 21st and we are excited to begin and have a great year.”
