Richmond Couple Pleads “Not Guilty”

Pleas of Not Guilty were entered Richmond couple in court Tuesday.  Rebecca and Dennis Matthews are both charged with one count of abuse of a child resulting in death.  The accusation of killing their three-week-old daughter in August was filed last week.  The pair’s pre-emptory docket hearing is set for November 13th.
