Richmond man held for felony drug possession allegation.

RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A man from Richmond was jailed on drug allegations made by a trooper in Ray County.

The online arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says Scott D. Case, 33, is being held for 24 hours on allegations of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Case has been in custody since around 7:30 p.m., Thursday night, was he awaits the filing of formal charges.
