The Beer Garden will now be located on the square.  The change brings the tent into the same area as the main activities.

Council approved the change because attendance last year was poor. “We hope we can get more people to attend the festival, and stay longer, and just have a good community event,” said Brohammer, “The beer garden will run until midnight on Friday night and Saturday night.  There will be entertainment on the square.  And we’re hoping that we can get the booth proprietors to keep open longer, and just have a really nice festival.”

Alcoholic beverages will only be allowed inside the tent, which will be set up on East Main Street.  The Mushroom Festival will be held May 2nd through 5th.
