Richmond Murder Suspect to be Arraigned in Nov.

One of three people charged in the death of Michelle Rheuport, 40, appeared in court Thursday morning.  Brandon Simpson, 25, is accused of strangling the Richmond woman at her home in May.  During the hearing the defendant’s motion to suppress charges was overruled due to the court finding probable cause on all three counts. Simpson has been bound over to Division III of the Circuit Court for arraignment on November 7th at 8:30 am.
