Richmond Resident to Make Court Appearance

A pre-emptory docket hearing is scheduled for Brandon Simpson, 25, on Thursday.  Simpson faces charges of 1st degree murder, burglary, and theft/stealing following the May death of Richmond resident Michelle Rheuport. James Gant, 25, and Lauren Gabbard, 23, have also been charged in the crime.  Proceedings for Simpson are scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
